  Absolute worst customer service in the county. If I could give negative reviews. I would. The employees are rude and inconsiderate. Not mention they can't even manage to do their job. My girlfriend went into the store to get a new iPhone. She literally sat there for an hour completely ignored as the 2 employees helped 2 other customers. They didn't even acknowledge her or say they would be with her shortly. As she sat there. She attempted to call other Verizon stores to see who were open. She accidentally called the store she was in and literally watched the female employee pick up and hang up the phone without even answering the call. At that point she had enough and said something to the employee before walking out. I have been in this store a few times and it is always the same. The employees are rude and dismissive and offer absolutely ZERO customer service. If you live in Windsor. You are better off spending the gas money to drive to Santa Rosa for better service. This kind of customer service really makes me want to go back to being an AT&T customer and I absolutely despise AT&T.
